There is an article by Tom Yore in the "Official's Corner" in the new Table talk.
Some proposed changes:

Ball off table- hitting the top and returning to playfield is OK as long as ball doesn't hit ashtray or scoring markers.

Ball off table- if ball leaves table due to shot or pass, the ball will go to the player or team on the opposing team.

Time of possession- five rod remains at ten seconds but three rod and goalie rods will be reduced to only twelve seconds from the original fifteen seconds, as we currently observe.

Ariel shots will be outlawed.

Points- games still played to five points in a 3/5 match but the victor must win by two points up to eight points total.

Ninety seconds between games instead of the current sixty seconds.
